Onboarding

Welcome to One Power!

Items Provided to New Employees

Items vary based on your role at the company, but a base level list is below. All employees receive the following:

  • OP Employee Badge: an OP badge is created for all employees. If any of the information has changed regarding emergency or medical information, please alert an Associate for a new badge. Be sure to download a QR code scanning app on your work phone to access employee badge information in case of an emergency involving a fellow employee, where you need to provide their medical information. If your badge is lost, please email IT@onepower.com and Associates@onepower.com immediately.
  • OP Branded Swag: Swag is given to employees at no cost according to job duties. Contact an Associate for questions regarding the OP branded swag.

OSHA

OSHA 30: All One Power employees are required to complete the Occupational Safety and Health Administration’s (OSHA) 30-hour course before performing any construction-related work. See your manager to get set up.

One Power's OSHA 31st Hour

This training video builds on the OSHA 30-Hour program by providing supplemental information tailored for One Power employees. It covers important topics such as the difference between recordable and reportable incidents, along with other key safety considerations relevant to our work. The goal is to deepen your understanding of OSHA requirements and help ensure safe, compliant operations across all job sites.

One Power Style and Brand Guide

This guide provides everything you need to understand, apply, and support our company’s brand. It includes references for colors, logos, fonts, and document styles that define our visual identity.

Please refer back to these guidelines whenever you create reports, drawings, white papers, presentations, posters, or other materials to ensure our branding stays consistent across all company communications.

For questions, contact storytelling@onepower.com.

One Power Library

This section contains resources for personal, professional, and One Power-specific development. Available resources from the OP Library include books, articles, guides, drawings, white papers, reference books, magazines, etc. If you have suggested titles to add to our reference library, please email associates@onepower.com.

Book List

One Power values continued learning and self-development. The following is a list of books believed to contain information every One Power employee should know.
