The Legal Department serves to ensure One Power is in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to all aspects of the business. The Legal Department is also responsible for creating and maintaining all corporate records. The Legal Department drafts and reviews the company’s contracts and advises the company with respect to commercial transactions. The Legal Department also oversees the company’s insurance program.
