Regulatory

Overview

The purpose of the Regulatory Department is to ensure One Power can build projects legally and continue to do so. The Regulatory Department does this primarily by understanding the permitting requirements for One Power projects and making sure all of One Power’s projects have the permits and approvals that are required. It also engages in government affairs efforts on the state and federal level to stop any potential laws that may make it more difficult for One Power to build projects and works to pass laws that would expand the projects One Power can do.
