Vuyiswa had the pleasure of being the guest speaker for three, 7th grade classes at the Dayton STEM School as they start their lessons on wind and electricity! Vuyiswa showed them what goes into building, owning, and operating One Power’s wind turbines – this will help them build their own turbines for class!
Huge thanks to Vuyiswa, Bower, and Logan for organizing and leading both groups from Ms. Kerry Teeple’s UF class on a tour of the North Findlay Electrified Industrial Park! You all did an incredible job showcasing how wind energy works and highlighting the many innovations we’re driving here at One Power. You may have noticed that the flyers by the front door or the scholarship website look a little different – we wanted to create materials that match the grandeur of the program, its partners, and what it offers.
