New Office Arrangements

Some of our new office arrangements have commenced. The first being between our Project Managers Chelsea and Jim, who now share an office together. As you can see, “Mijjy” has set some Ground Rules.

This week’s focus for New Business Tuesday is CBRE Group, Inc.  They are the world’s largest commercial real estate services and investment firm, with over $13B in revenues in 2016 and more than 75,000 employees. 

We initiated discussions with one of their Sr. Project Managers in Columbus last week.  He shared three project locations that they control in central Ohio.  We completed those screenings and will review with them this Friday when they visit the North Findlay Wind Campus.

March Production Report – 2017

Production just over expected P50 forecast. Goldwind one year maintenance moved to April.
Production over expected P50 forecast. Stiffener retrofit at T1 and generator inspection at T3. Five year maintenance planned for April.
Production just over expected P50 forecast. Marathon had a shutdown this month for pipeline work and the Goldwind one year maintenance was moved to April.
Production over expected P50 forecast. Goldwind five year maintenance moved to May.
Production just over expected P50 forecast. Goldwind one year maintenance completed at Z2 and Z3, Z1 maintenance moved to April.
