Hancock Leadership Tour

A big shoutout to Vuyiswa and Will for doing an outstanding job leading the Hancock County leadership group through the North Findlay Electrified Industrial Park! They provided an insightful look into how wind energy works as well as all the other innovations we’re capable of here at One Power. Thank you both for your expertise and enthusiasm!

Western Protective Relay Conference

Brian and Erica (along with SEL) recently wrote a paper called ‘Case Study: Deploying and Operating a Point-to-Point Digital Secondary Substation at One Power.’ This week, they presented their paper at the Western Protective Relay Conference in Spokane, WA.

Owens 8th Grade Career Day!

This past Friday, Darshan and Logan did a great job representing us at the Owens Community College career day here in Findlay. They put their lives on the line teaching students about what we do, showing them different cables and wind equipment, and keeping them from fighting over the foam turbines! Amazing job guys.

UF Tour Last Week

Thanks to everyone involved for helping out with the tour last week including Bower, Logan, Eathan, and Meredith, and others! The impressionable youths really appreciate your knowledge and expertise!

Fall Career Fair Season!

What do Bearcats, Buckeyes, Falcons, and Rockets all have in common? They’ve all recently received a visit from the One Energy recruiting team! 

One Energy has been out in full force at college career fairs, connecting with motivated students from Bowling Green State University, The Ohio State University, the University of Cincinnati, and the University of Toledo. 

A big thanks to all the team members who visited these schools, meeting with hundreds of students for hours on end, and helping find the next wave of innovative problem solvers!

McComb High School Tour

On Monday, students from McComb High School visited the OE office building and toured the inside of a turbine. Thanks to Logan, Bower, Jereme, and all others involved who were able to offer these young scholars a unique opportunity to experience this innovative technology firsthand.
