Pumpkin Carving Contest Winner: Jessie Grosso

Congratulations to Jessie for winning the pumpkin carving contest!
She made us all ink with this spooky rendition of the spookiest scene in Finding Nemo.
Sorry to those who didn’t win; just keep swimming and try again next year!

OE Pumpkin Carving Contest Wednesday & Thursday

Pumpkins are all located behind the theater area. There are two work stations for you to carve/paint your pumpkins. Please feel free to carve/paint throughout the course of the work day, as your schedule allows, realizing all time-sensitive work must come first.

Upon completion, please place your pumpkin on one of the tables in the theater area.

Judging of all pumpkins will be on Friday, Oct. 25th – there will be a “prize” for first and second places.

If you have any questions ask Kelly or an Associate.

Happy carving and best of luck!

Free Flu Shots at the Office

To make it easier for everyone to get a flu vaccine, CVS will be on site to provide free flu shots. The event will run Tuesday (11/5) from 5:30 AM – 9AM in the Training Room. The shots are free and optional- no sign up needed.

One Energy will cover the cost for you plus one family member to receive the flu shot. (Additional family members can also attend the clinic to receive a shot – this will be at individual’s cost of $39.99 / shot.)

If you are interested in receiving a free flu shot but will be out of the office on that Tuesday, please contact Kelly Hovest – OE will provide a voucher for a free shot at a local CVS in this case.

Athena: Drag and Drop

Announcement from Liz:

I implemented a drag-and-drop feature in Athena. Now when you click ‘Upload File’, you’ll see this:

You now have two options:

  1.  Navigate through Dropbox by clicking ‘Choose from Dropbox’ or
  2. Drag a file to the grey box (still limited to .pdf or .xlsx files)

If you drag a file over, you’ll get a notification confirming the file that you selected like this:

Click ‘Add File’ for either option and you should be good to go!

Please let me know if you have any issues with this new feature or with anything else! (I’m now working on speeding up the load time, fyi)
