Submit a Service Maintenance Request

We have added a new feature on the home page which allows us to easily submit service maintenance requests online. Submitting them online helps us keep track of what needs fixing and is easier than trying to find the right person to notify of an issue. For example, if the change oil light comes on in the Explorer you would use this link to let someone know.

To submit a request, go to the home page and click the “SUBMIT HERE” link under “MAINTENANCE SERVICE REQUEST”.
When you click the link, it’ll open a new tab, click the “Submit a Maintenance Service Request” link.
​After that you will input your first and last name, then describe the issue that needs fixing and submit.
That’s it, your submission will be logged, and the proper people will be notified so they can fix it.
