For the second year in a row Findlay Young Professionals will be sponsoring a team at the United Way’s Kickball Invitational Tournament Event on September 12th from 4:30 to 9:00 pm.  FYP’s first game will be at 5:00. If you sign up to play, you will need to be available for the entire tournament. We are assembling a 14 person kickball team to compete.  Teams will compete in an elimination style tournament against other businesses in our community.  Members who attend will receive a free UW t-shirt and will also receive free dinner that evening.  Participants are also encouraged to bring guests to watch the event at $5 per person, $10 per family.

It’s almost that time again for the After the PK’s 10K Trail race! 

A group of us did it last year (see photo below) and it was one of the best races I’ve ever done for being a small local race. It’s only $20 bucks also, which you don’t find to often. For those that haven’t done it before, it is a trail race and last year the trails were super muddy (I lost a shoe at one point), hilly, and it was a blast. So, it’s a little more of a challenge that a traditional road race.
