OE Call Center and Desktop Phones

One Energy now utilizes call center service VoiceNation to field incoming calls to our 877- office number. VoiceNation determines the purpose of the call, then routes the caller to the cell phone of the OE team member best equipped to answer the call based on department. Some of you may have already received calls from this center and have been a bit confused. Apologies for the confusion; please view the PDF to see how it all works and what to do if you receive a call from them.

WTOL Interview

Yesterday’s WTOL interview at One Energy shared information regarding the Megawatt Scholarship program and our Autoliv-Nissin Brake Systems project.  The story has been picked up nationally, appearing in US News & World Report and as far as the Miami Herald.  The 2018 scholarship winners will be announced in ceremonies the first week in May.  Our message continues to be the desire to be great corporate citizens by promoting education paths for local students pursuing STEM degrees.
