This document includes important information on our relationship with Prudential Capital, company framework definitions, current department organizational chart, Project Ownership Life-cycle, and project planning and accountability definitions.
Everyone needs to review this document; this is for new and seasoned employees to make sure you are up to date on current definitions, department names and overview.
Please check with your Department Head if you have any questions and with Rebekah if you have any feedback on the document itself.
FE Summer Interns–Initial Rotation
As of this morning, the interns have been assigned to their first rotation lasting approx 2-4 weeks.
- Erica will be in R&D with Liz
- Claire will be in Construction with CB and Mij
- KVal will be in PPT with Jessie
Training–CPR/AED/First Aid
NFWC Laydown Security
Northwest Ohio Security Systems (NWOSS) is actively monitoring our construction yard with a newly installed camera system. Remote monitoring is occurring between the hours of 8pm and 5am Monday through Friday, and all day Saturday and Sunday.
In the event that you will working at the laydown yard within the construction yard fence during these off hours, please call NWOSS at the number below and use the pass phrase to identify yourself as a One Energy employee.
When calling NWOSS, you will need inform them of:
- your name
- the pass phrase
- approximate time duration that you plan to work within the yard during the off hours
Again, this is only necessary if you are working in the fenced area. If you will only be at the office or in the yard, you are not required to call.
